The founder of this sustainable streetwear brand reached out to us in summer 2021, needing a secure paid ads strategy to ensure healthy growth. We soon saw the sheer popularity of the brand’s products with consumers and knew we had the scope for profitable scaling. By continually testing new audiences, copy and content, this client generated £307,196.26 in revenue by the end of 2021, with a 58% increase in online conversion rate in the 5 months we’d been working together.
By using a tailor-made strategy of audience and creative testing on Facebook, building on what we knew was working and optimising the account daily, we’ve continued to scale this client to new levels in the last 2 years. Working to maintain the optimum ROAS, 2022 saw £1,136,234 in sales and over 18k new customers.
Due to the sustainable nature of this brand, a huge sale for Black Friday 2022 was not an option. They instead opted for an exclusive collection for Cyber Weekend, promoting this alongside a 10% discount. Sizeable discounts clearly weren’t needed here, as we saw a 41.9% increase in total revenue in November compared to October, with the client generating £152,024 in sales. December was another incredible month, with £174,901 in sales and a 5.36 blended ROAS - taking the total Q4 2022 revenue to £439,461, with 9,008 orders, 7,028 new customers and a 4.7 blended ROAS.
Following a successful 2022, it was time for this client to expand their market beyond the UK. Building off the back of successful UK-based targeting, we launched in the EU in April 2023. Adapting high-performing creatives and copy for the EU market, we helped generate nearly £176k in sales in April alone. Revenue is up by 90% since April, with orders growing by 60% and blended ROAS up 102%. Due to the success of the EU launch, we’ve witnessed a 128% revenue increase this year to date, with orders up 63% and AOV up 40%. A testament to results-driven, iterative testing that capitalises on high-performers.
We’ve certainly seen successful growth with this client over the course of our partnership. They’ve grown to incredible new heights, generating £2,071,847 in sales, 43,027 orders, with an average 3.78% conversion rate. Compared to the beginning of our partnership in August 2021, they’ve seen a 705% increase in sales, a 352% increase in orders and a 624% increase in website visits in the last 2 years. As we continue to push forward with our partnership, we cannot wait to see what the remainder of the year holds for this client.
