Founded in 2020, former hairdresser Laura recognised the benefits of pure Mulberry Silk for healthy hair, radiant skin and quality sleep, so decided to develop her passion into a range of products that other women could benefit from. It grew dramatically in just a few months with more and more customers discovering the benefits of silk for themselves and becoming as passionate about silk's benefits as Laura always has been.

With a newly established brand, Laura quickly was made aware of how high demand her products were. After a year she decided to partner with us to help get the brand in front of more people Worldwide & naturally increase her sales. We have increased total sales in the past year by 1300%, website traffic by 1157%, AOV (Average Order Value) by 6% & CVR (Conversion Rate) by 2%.


These YoY results were achieved through multiple strategies implemented across the year. We wanted to execute a multi channel approach when it came to working with Silkenberry. Analysing her current audience, we thought this would be the best way to achieve the greatest results. Firstly looking at a TOF (Top Of Funnel) strategy to acquire new customers & eyes on the brand/product. We decided to launch campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, doing so with our in-house team of UGC creators we were able to adopt the TikTok style creatives and implement this across all three channels.


This is what we believed to work best due to the nature of the brand, products and who we wanted to appeal to which was come to conclusion after the extensive research the team did prior to launch. After weeks of testing against traditional images & videos our conclusion was proved correct & going forward we knew what style creatives to scale and test.
