We’re confident in our ability to turn results around for clients and then scale them beyond their highest hopes but don’t just take our word for it. The client came to us at the end of August 2020 after little to no consistency with their Facebook ad results.


They knew they had great products that customers love when they get their hands on them but they were struggling to turn Facebook into a consistent source of sales.


So, how did we take them from around 15 sales a month to 180+ in month one? How did we do it?


First thing first, client ticked all the boxes on our must-have list for making an account successful.

Once all these things were ticked off, we could begin optimising existing ads and creating new ones. At the start of September, we started work on the account after sorting the above checklist.


Our first priority was searching out quick wins amongst their current ads that could be easily optimised to become more successful.


We also set up a solid retargeting funnel with multiple ad sets that would catch customers who had engaged with content, the website and even reached checkout.


We tested new content and new styles of copy throughout the different stages of the funnel and quickly identified where our strengths lay on this account.


We kept in touch with the client every week and they asked us to start scaling the spend in month one after the initial results. So we upped the spend steadily whilst also increasing the audiences and creatives we were testing.


These were the results at the end of our first month working together:

We’d scaled spend by 800% but also increased purchases by over 685% and conversion value by over £120,000 within our first month of working together.


The client couldn’t believe the progress we’d made in month one and was so excited to continue scaling in month two.


The trust we’d built here in just 4 weeks was one of the main reasons we continued to grow this account to the levels we have. So, October was now here. A notoriously quiet month as people hold on buying anything until Black Friday at the end of November.


We monitored the account closely as we upped the budget, ensuring we were spending wisely and only when the results were telling us to do so. We kept in close contact with the client throughout the month, riding the market driven wave that is October together.

We’d increased the spend by over 75% compared to month one but also increased purchases by 88% and conversion value by over £40,000.


ROAS may have dropped a little but we were still miles above where we needed to be to remain profitable. A decrease in ROAS is normal with scaling but the art is to keep it profitable.


This client is now heading into the busiest time of the year STRONG. They have big plans for their Black Friday sale and we’ve worked together to create all new content and copy ideas for Christmas and beyond.
