As a newly established fashion brand with amazing products, the attention shifted to how to optimise social media to get the brand out to a wider audience. We came on board to help Novu increase sales through digital marketing, specifically Facebook & Instagram. So far, we have increased total sales by 206%, website traffic by 176% & returning customer rate by 29%.


This was achieved by firstly optimising existing data from website traffic and ads run prior, blended with mass testing - different audiences, creatives and ad copy to quickly and strategically find out what works at the top of the funnel level for new consumers who had never seen the brand before. Once we were able to figure out what worked and didn't we were quickly able to scale the winning ads with larger budgets, whilst still testing for new winning creatives or audiences. We then introduced retargeting campaigns which were built specifically for anyone engaging with Novu on social media or any website traffic.
