This eCommerce retailer sells an affordable, professional massage gun for young, fitness fanatics.

When this client joined us in September, we took them through our in-depth onboarding journal to get to know the brand better. Launching with Social Nucleus

After going through the onboarding process, we gently launched ads for this client in October.

After previous issues with Facebook bringing the page down, we wanted to start weaving our new creatives and funnel method into this account slowly to cause minimal disturbance to the client’s advertising.

With lots of well-performing campaigns already live, we used October to optimise what was already working, learn the account and add new creatives from our copy and design teams.

By optimising and enhancing the existing ad account throughout October, we took the client’s overall revenue from this in September:

November Results

Heading into November, the plan was to scale… and scale hard.

The client has a reliable fulfilment and distribution set up, so scaling is never an issue.

The client gave us an unlimited budget to work with, meaning as long as we hit the required ROAS, there was no cap on spend.

To scale profitably, we knew we needed to level up every element of the account.

That included increasing:

- New audiences

- New ad copy

- New creatives and content – images, videos and GIFs

- And of course, budget

Using our results-led scaling method and having all hands on deck, both in-house at the brand and our end too, we managed to help this brand achieve a 174% increase in sales in just one month – achieving a total of £593,310.36 for November – that’s 7,251 orders, a 188% increase from October.

December - January Results

Heading into December, we now had Facebook and Instagram ads running as well as Google, Snapchat and TikTok + running the client’s email marketing.

However, at the start of December, the client’s Facebook page was blocked for advertising and ads were paused. We’re a team with our clients and when we run into hurdles like this, we’re in it together.

We spoke to Facebook support on behalf of the client daily until the account came back live.

We also maintained regular, scheduled and ad-hoc contact with the client to report updates but also the performance of all the other channels we kept running during this time.

Despite the Facebook page being restricted for advertising in December and January, we still helped the client achieve the following results:

4 Months with Social Nucleus (Oct - Jan)

In our first 4 months of working together on a multi-channel paid marketing strategy, we helped this client achieve a total of 19,098 orders worth £1,649,747.30 – even with Facebook and Instagram advertising off the cards in December and January.

Fast Forward to February...

Fast forward to February, we’ve finally got the Facebook page back up and ready to advertise on, thanks to the persistence of our team and the client when it came to contacting Facebook support.

We’re now sitting down with the client and replanning our Facebook advertising strategy.

After two months off, we need to come back with a bang to match the success we’ve generated on other channels.
