Factory Weights is a brand that offers premium-quality gym equipment for far more affordable prices than other suppliers.

The brand was formed in 2021, during the pandemic, when the team realised the widespread difficulty of purchasing gym equipment due to both the shortage of kit, but also the escalating prices.

Out of a passion for fitness and the want to keep exercise accessible for everyone, Factory Weights was born.


Background of Factory Weights

All products are delivered straight from their factory to customers’ doors, meaning they can offer their kit at the lowest prices possible.In a predominantly pricey market, Factory Weights came to Social Nucleus to maximise the impact of their ad campaigns with a key focus on demonstrating their competitive prices compared to their competitors.

Why did they join SN?

Prior to partnering up with Social Nucleus in July 2023, Factory Weights was struggling with their return on investment and wasn’t seeing huge results off the back of paid social.

Aside from seeing serious growth, they were looking for an agency that they could have a strong, efficient and transparent relationship with.Initially, when onboarding Factory Weights, they voiced their concerns regarding budgets and their ability to scale due to issues surrounding stock.


This meant that they were reluctant to increase budget and nervous to scale.

By finding a marketing strategy that works for them, we managed to combat any fear of scaling by increasing their ad spend month on month.

Just 4 months later we have successfully doubled Factory Weights’ budget and we have also managed to alleviate their fears of scaling due to the groundbreaking results that we have seen so far.

Within the fashion and apparel market, DPAs consistently perform well and are notoriously good at holding a very high level of spend.

You need to be spreading across all formats. Single image, video, reels, stories, etc. Build an asset for each format, not just for one format.

Black Friday 2023

After an incredibly successful first 4 months, we were excited to see what we could achieve with Factory Weights over the Black Friday period.

With early preparation to ensure that we had everything we needed for maximum impact, we knew that their first Black Friday with Social Nucleus would be one to remember.

Running offers across the different peaks of Q4, we launched campaigns for Early Bird, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, giving their customers insane savings on all orders and extra discounts on some of their most popular products.

The key indicators of just how successful our Black Friday campaigns were are the comparisons of BFCM 2023 to BFCM 2022.

We saw an increase in total sales by 204% and total orders by 173% - making this their most successful Black Friday period to date.

With continuous growth and a strong partnership, we are excited to see what can be achieved in the new year.
